Moscow to face anti-Putin massive rally by the opposition fans

MOSCOW | Tens of thousands are expected on Tuesday in the centre of the russian capital on a great demonstration of the opposition against President Vladimir Putin, a day after an unprecedented series of searches targeting its leaders and on the background of a huge risk of fines.

After a meeting scheduled to take place at noon (11.00 GMT) in downtown Pushkin Square, participants will march up the Sakharov avenue, where the “march of millions” demonstration will take place, permitted between 11.00 and 14.00 GMT (14.00 to 17.00 PM Romania) by the municipality. On this avenue, where about 100,000 demonstrators against Putin met in February, opposition leaders will express their trouble, as today’s a national holiday in Russia.
