VIDEO: Nalbandian, eliminated after a violent manifestation on the field

LONDON |  The last title was won by the Argentinian tennis player was in August 2010, in Washington. Argentine tennis player David Nalbandian was disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct in the finals at Queen’s after he kicked the chairt of a line referee.

Nalbandian, 30 years old, just lost his service when he kicked the billboard put around the seat of a line referee with his right foot. The panel hit the referee who slightly injured his foot.

“Sometimes we are frustrated on the field and it is difficult to control. I’m sorry. I’m sorry I must leave the final this way. I admit I was wrong, but we all make mistakes and I think it didn’t had to end like this, especially as it was the final”, said Nalbandian. Probably he wanted to win it on the spot, for his “heroic” gesture…
