BUCHAREST | Adrian Nastase was sentenced on Wednesday by the HCCJ to two years imprisonment in the “QualityTrophy” case, in which he is charged in connection with fundraising for the 2004 campaign when he ran for Presidency from the PSD . The panel of five judges of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (HCCJ) partially upheld appeals made by Adrian Nastase and other defendants in the case.
