Traian Basescu visited the Constitutional Court, where his legal conflict with the Parliament is disscused

SUSPENSION | Suspended President Traian Basescu arrived on Monday at the Constitutional Court, where they discuss his demand for a settlement “constitutional legal conflict between the Parliament of Romania, on the one hand, and the president of Romania, on the other side.”

“I think it’s good to be at the Constitutional Court as the President’s vision of what happened last week about the decapitation of the first two people in the state, plus the Ombudsman is important”, said Traian Basescu when he came to the Constitutional Court. He said that he wanted to come personally, and not represented by an adviser because he wanted to express the personal views of the President.
