BUCHAREST | MEP Adrian Severin, two assistants and a business manager were indicted by prosecutors of corruption for complicity in the use or presentation of false documents or statements for the purpose of obtaining EU funds. Within the National Anticorruption Direction the prosecutors began the investigation against the following persons:
Anne Marie Rose Juganaru – Parliamentary Assistant to Adrian Severin.
George Vadim Tiugea – Adrian Severin’s parliamentary assistant, associate administrator at HEAD HUNTING PROSSIONAL SRL SC.
Mihail Răducu – associate administrator at SC & A SOCIAL CONSULTING CENTER SRL, associated to SC ALPHA COMMUNICATIONS and Consulting Ltd PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SYSTEM Ltd PRINCEPS Consulting Team Ltd PERFECT SOLUTIONS NETWORK SRL – are accused of complicity in the use or presentation of documents that are false, inaccurate or incomplete, resulting in falsely obtaining funds from the general budget of the European Community or budgets managed by them, with very serious consequences in form continued.
